Luxury Mixed Used Commercial and Residential Apartment Tower. The Ground floor consists of retail and residential apartments. The Podium base is two floors, the first-floor podium base consists of retail and apartments and the second-floor podium consist of residential apartments.

The third floor houses the building amenities that include the swimming pool, steam, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and a multi-purpose hall. The fourth floor, 5th to 19th typical floors are all residential apartments. In between the 18th and 19th floor however is a technical floor intended for the building consisting consists of an HVAC room, fire pump, and water tanks. The 33rd and 34th floors are Penthouses.
